키캡수학(이하 "본 앱")은 초등 학습자를 위한 무료 수학 학습 게임입니다. 개발자 Keycap Math(이하 "개발자", "저희")는 이용자, 특히 아동의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 본 앱은 개인정보 수집을 최소화하도록 설계되었습니다.

학습 진행 상황, 게임 설정(사운드·테마), 포인트, 보유 스킨, 연속 학습 기록 등은 이용자 기기의 로컬 저장소(localStorage)에만 저장됩니다. 이 정보는 이용자의 기기를 벗어나 전송되지 않으며, 개발자가 접근할 수 없습니다.
나. 이용자가 직접 입력하여 전송하는 정보 (선택적)
"반응속도 챌린지" 랭킹에 등록하는 경우에 한하여, 이용자가 입력한 표시용 닉네임과 게임 점수·기록이 개발자의 데이터베이스(Google Firebase Firestore)에 저장됩니다. 이 기능은 전적으로 선택 사항이며, 랭킹에 등록하지 않으면 어떠한 정보도 전송되지 않습니다.
닉네임은 이용자가 자유롭게 정하는 표시명입니다. 실명, 학교명, 연락처 등 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 닉네임에 입력하지 마시기 바랍니다. 아동은 보호자의 지도 아래 이용할 것을 권장합니다.

5. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

랭킹 데이터: 삭제를 원하시면 아래 문의처로 닉네임을 알려주시면 삭제해 드립니다.
6. 데이터 보안
저희는 이용자 정보를 보호하기 위해 합리적인 기술적·관리적 조치를 취합니다. 데이터 전송은 HTTPS 암호화 연결을 통해 이루어집니다.

Keycap Math ("the App") is a free math learning game for elementary learners. The developer, Keycap Math ("we", "us"), values the privacy of our users, especially children. The App is designed to minimize the collection of personal information.
Summary: The App does not collect names, emails, phone numbers, location, or payment information. It does not serve ads or use third-party tracking. Most data is stored only on the user's device.
1. Information We Collect
a. Stored on your device only
Learning progress, settings (sound/theme), points, owned skins, and streak records are stored only in your device's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
b. Information you choose to submit (optional)
Only if you submit a score to the "Reaction Speed Challenge" leaderboard, the display nickname you enter and your game score are stored in our database (Google Firebase Firestore). This feature is entirely optional; if you do not submit to the leaderboard, no information is transmitted.
The nickname is a display name you freely choose. Please do not enter real names, school names, contact details, or any personally identifying information as a nickname. We recommend that children use the App under parental guidance.

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA · Google Play Families Policy)
The App targets a mixed audience that includes children. To protect children's privacy, we comply with the following:
We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13.
We do not show ads to children and do not use third-party behavioral tracking.
The only user-entered data sent to our server is an optional leaderboard nickname, and the App advises users not to enter identifying information.
Parents may request access to or deletion of their child's information (e.g., leaderboard records) at any time via the contact below.
If we become aware that we have unintentionally collected personal identifiable information from a child, we will delete it promptly.
4. Third-Party Services
Google Firebase Hosting — serves app content; standard server logs may be generated on access.
Google Firebase Firestore — stores leaderboard data (only if you submit).

5. Data Retention & Deletion
On-device data: deleted when you uninstall the App or clear browser data.
Leaderboard data: contact us with your nickname to have it deleted.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy due to legal or service changes; updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. We will update this policy in advance of any material change in data handling, such as the introduction of advertising.
